Today we got lots of rain! Tropical Storm Hanah made it's way to the Northeast! All of the forecasters predicted that it would be a bad storm. So far, it hasn't been much worse than usual. Lots and lots of rain! We were going to go see a movie, and didn't because it looked like the storm was getting worse and then, of course, it didn't! So we played in the rain instead! The kids had fun jumping in puddles and getting soaked! I love summer rain storms!

That looks like a lot of fun! I wish we had more rainstorms like that for my kids to play in! You know, I don't think Helen has EVER in her life been out in rain like that. That makes me sad! Sunshine is really nice, but a good rain shower is always fun every once in awhile!
Wow!! It's probably not good to be a little jealous of the storms you get (since they're known to cause so much damage)...but that rain looks so nice!! My girls got so excited a few days ago when it sprinkled here... Hannah kept saying "bubbles" and Mallory had her umbrella out and was dancing around like they'd never seen water fall from the sky before! :o)
